Pluto Cycles: We are currently at the beginning of the 3rd Pluto Cycle which began in 1532. In 1532, the Spanish were invading South and Central America along with the Portuguese in Brazil. The slave trade began with the Spanish and Portuguese when they imported slaves to Cuba as a center for slavery markets. The Spanish killed two entire civilizations in South and Central America and enslaved people to work in their gold and silver mines. The Spanish imported approximately 10 million African slaves to South America. The Portuguese imported approximately 5 million slaves to Brazil.
Exploration continued with multiple explorers heading north into the United States in what is now Florida, Texas, and Louisiana. St. Augustine was founded in 1565 in Florida. We are again at this point in History with Pluto in Aquarius. This is the “big picture” of what is really happening.
During this period, Spanish galleon treasure ships began transporting gold and silver back to Spain. They followed the northern trade winds to Florida to avoid hurricanes on the way back to Spain. Many stopped at St. Augustine (protected port) if a hurricane threatened and then sailed back to Spain with the prevailing trade winds. Spain became a superpower as a result of this.
Now we are embarking on space exploration and whoever wins will be the next superpower in space. This is the beginning of the Third Pluto Cycle. Look at all the changes that the first and second Pluto Cycles gave us. 1. Spain was a superpower with Queen Isabel at the head, today it is another democratic country.
