According to some customers at a tavern she visited, Britney had a very chaotic dinner. But is it true?
Even if the tavern has “dog” in the name, why would you bark?
On Wednesday, May 13, Britney reportedly enjoyed a night out with friends at Blue Dog Tavern in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles.
This news comes through TMZ.
Britney reportedly sat in a corner with a man and a woman, neither of whom were identified.
Apparently, the singer spoke loudly with her dinner companions, joking. At one point, there was even bark – which we can now explain.
Witnesses told the tabloid that the scene was chaotic and “a little sad,” although they also praised Britney’s appearance.
According to a customer at the restaurant, Britney walked past the table with a knife in her hand.
This is normal in a restaurant, especially a “quiet neighborhood tavern,” as the place itself defines it, where needing an extra utensil may mean getting up and looking for it (or returning it) yourself.
For some reason, one witness stated that he was worried that Britney, an adult woman in her 40s, might accidentally stab someone.
Sometimes one wonders if the constant news stories full of distressing “concern” about his juggling with prop knives or whatever have planted unfounded beliefs in people’s minds.
The witness described one current The bad thing about dinner. Britney reportedly lit a cigarette inside and near the door, as if this were the Purge, but the staff asked her to put it out.
What makes this more than a “woman has dinner with friends” story?
According to the report, the table was left messy after the fact and Britney didn’t eat much.
One witness even claimed that Britney and the man were “feeding off each other,” and she was allegedly telling the man, “I love you.”
It could be anything from a new love interest to a platonic friend.
In fact, people often feel more at peace and fun with a friend than with someone they just started dating.
Curiously, TMZ shared that many diners didn’t realize it was Britney until she left. One of the things about celebrities is that recognition depends a lot. contextual. If you don’t expect to see one of the most famous women on the planet two spots away, you probably won’t.
Update: A rep for Britney tells TMZ… “This is completely blown out of proportion. Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.”

A rep for Britney followed up and spoke with TMZ about his dinner with friends.
“This is completely blown out of proportion. Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard,” the representative explained. “She was just telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.”
The statement continued: “At no time did he endanger anyone with a knife. He was cutting his burger in half.”
Understandably, the rep lamented: “This constant attack on everything she does and this is exactly what happened 20 years ago when the media tried to portray Britney as a bad person. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop now.”
Britney’s representative is right. While we would love to know how you cleaned your table and No smoking indoors (or not smoking, obviously), one has to imagine that every time you have a even less eventful Dinner out, no headlines… which reinforces the idea that she’s some kind of loose cannon or whatever.
