Starting July 31, the airline will begin introducing new menus on its domestic and transatlantic services, with dishes inspired by Kent Hospitality Group’s New York restaurants, Birdee and Crown Shy. Offerings from Four Clovers Hospitality Group’s iconic Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que will follow in early 2027.

Stephanie Evans Greene, JetBlue’s senior vice president of marketing and brand, said: “We look for brands that create experiences that people really want to be a part of, where the hospitality, energy and attention to detail are so special.”

“It’s a natural partnership between two brands that are proud to call New York home,” added Kelly Kent, partner at Kent Hospitality Group.

At launch, Mint customers will experience menu selections from Crown Shy and Birdee. Menus channel the restaurants’ bold flavor and distinctively modern New York outlook, while being thoughtfully designed for the onboard experience.

Additional concepts from Four Clovers Hospitality Group, including the popular Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que, will join Mint’s restaurant lineup in future menu rotations.
