European LCC Wizz Air will implement Starlink connectivity on its A320 aircraft fleet in 2027.
Wizz joins a growing list of European airlines that have commissioned this technology. These include Air France, SAS, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Aer Lingus and Vueling. Latvia’s AirBaltic already has the technology up and running across much of its fleet.
“Ultra-low-cost travel has always been about making opportunities accessible to more people,” said Ian Malin, chief commercial officer at Wizz Air.
