SHOCKING images of Peter Mandelson in his underwear have been released in new Jeffrey Epstein files, as a friend warned “this is the end” for the Labor great.
The former ambassador to the United States was photographed wearing a pair of white tights and a T-shirt in the latest batch of Epstein-related images.
In the explosive image, he is next still anonymous Woman dressed in a white coat whose face has been redacted.
The new trove of Epstein files released by the Department of Justice on Friday also appear to show that the convicted sex trafficker sent Lord Mandelson around £36,500 in 2004.
There is no suggestion of wrongdoing by Lord Mandelson, who has always denied wrongdoing and claimed he was unaware of Epstein’s crimes.

The files piled fresh embarrassment on Labour’s big beast after it was revealed that Epstein had sent Lord Mandelson’s husband £10,000.
The former ambassador, who was sacked by Sir Keir Starmer in September over his links to Epstein, faces another round of calls to be stripped of his peerage.
Mandelson’s then partner and now husband, Reinaldo Avila da Silva, messaged Epstein in 2009 asking for £10,000 for an osteopathy course.
“I will transfer your loan amount immediately [sic]”Epstein responded that day.
A few days later, Ávila da Silva sent Epstein an email saying: “Thank you for the money that arrived in my account this morning.”
It was a month after Epstein, who agreed to send money, was released from prison for crimes of child prostitution.
At the time of the first payments, Lord Mandelson was Business Secretary and de facto Deputy Prime Minister, a role he held until May 2010.
Mandelson said: “I was wrong to believe Epstein after his conviction and to continue my association with him afterwards.
“I unequivocally apologize for doing so to the women and girls who suffered.
“I was never guilty or complicit in his crimes.
“Like everyone else, I learned the truth about him after he died.”
Renowned broadcaster Trevor Phillips warned on Sunday that it was “the end” for his friend Mandelson.
Explaining that he and the Labor peer have been friends for decades, Phillips said in Darling News: “It is a friend’s privilege to tell you that you are not suitable for a role, even that you are a complete idiot.”
He added: “I have not spoken personally to Lord Mandelson about the publication this weekend of documents, messages, photographs and videos relating to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
“They invited him to join us this morning but he rejected it.”
The presenter also explained that Lord Mandelson and her husband claimed they did not remember receiving payments in 2003 or 2004, nor whether the documents were verified.
But he did accept that Ávila da Silva received a $10,000 loan from Epstein and that the millionaire paedo pressured him on key political issues.
“There is no suggestion that Lord Mandelson has done anything illegal,” he added.
“But I would claim friend privilege to tell Peter that he has been, at best, naïve and foolish, and at worst, greedy and deceitful.
“Whatever is true about policy and public office, for Peter Mandelson, this is the end.”
The Justice Department on Friday released millions of files related to the Epstein case, including some 2,000 videos and 180,000 images.
In an email, Epstein sent Mandelson a discussion about the fees for Ávila da Silva’s osteopathy course.
Three minutes later, Epstein received a response from a redacted sender that read, “So what’s my share of the reward?”
Epstein responded: “Was that a misspelling of loot?”
In April 2010, Ávila da Silva messaged Epstein again, sharing his banking details, the emails show.
Epstein forwarded the email to his accountant and added, “send $13,000.”
In subsequent correspondence, Epstein ordered his accountant to “send $2,000 a month to Reinaldo.”
His accountant, Rich Kahn, asks if this is “in addition to the 13,000” and confirms that the currency is US dollars.
Epstein responds that “after rethinking [sic] send only $4,000.”
Other emails appear to show Epstein inviting Mandelson to breakfast in 2011 in correspondence with his assistant.
The email to Epstein says: “Peter Mandelson can join the 8.10 breakfast, but he has to be somewhere at 9am… so it will be quick.”
Sir Keir was forced to sack Mandelson from his most recent role as US ambassador in early September after revelations that he had called Epstein his “best friend” in a 50th birthday tribute book.
Calls for his departure came as a photograph emerged from a 2002 vacation on Epstein’s private island that showed Mandelson wearing only a bathrobe.
Lord Mandelson told our Harry Cole Saves The West show that he “deeply regretted” any association with the pedophile and said he felt cheated by him.
Epstein committed suicide in a New York jail in 2019 while facing charges of sex trafficking of minors.
His accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking and related crimes.
