Farah Khan and Ananya Panday will join Twinkle Khanna and Kajol on their talk show. With them they will bring endless laughter and funny anecdotes. The upcoming episode of Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle promises a riot of laughter filled with old school Bollywood tales and Gen Z stories, cheeky confessions and some laugh-worthy moments.
The Om Shanti Om director spoke about her brief acting stint and shared, “Actually, I don’t know why I did it. I think I was sitting faaltu (useless) and then Boman called me and Sanjay Bhansali came to my house and said, ‘I will be on the set every day’. And Boman, it was good to work with him. I became an (actress) and I decided that this is never for me. I hated it. You just have to sit and wait.”
Farah Khan also recalled a hilarious behind-the-scenes moment where she kicked a director out of her room and said, “You know how hot he was, Twinkle. You know the director who tried to flirt with me when we were filming. He came into my room to discuss the song or something while I was in bed and sat next to me. I had to kick him out from there.”
Farah Khan, who often makes headlines for her vlogs with her cook Dilip, also opened up about her journey on YouTube. She said: “Even when my movie wasn’t going on, when I wasn’t directing, I said shawl (come on), let me do YouTube, because I can see the bias. Plus, I have 3 kids who are going to college next year, and that’s very expensive. So I just said, for fun, let me start a show on YouTube, and that just clicked. Your life can’t revolve around another person. I feel like happiness has to come from within and from your work. Work really gives me it gives a lot of pleasure. Furthermore, I feel that I can work until I am 80 years old because my work does not depend on my appearance or my body, ever.”
