Taylor Frankie Paul isn’t afraid to be honest.
About a month before making her national debut as the lead of The Bachelorette, the veteran reality star got honest about her recent mental health struggles and emphasized the importance of checking in on others… even when they’re the ones reaching out.
Everyone needs help sometimes.

“I guess one advantage of having mental difficulties is that you start to feel and see the signs that others feel the same way,” Paul captioned a video posted to his Instagram on February 18. “We’re here just checking on each other when we can and when we don’t respond, we don’t take it personally because we understand.”
The 31-year-old continued as follows:
“Just keep in mind that sometimes the person who signs up is the one who needs help…and that person took me a while to learn.
“Sometimes I wonder what the point of sharing this s**t is and I tell myself it can be as simple as making someone feel less alone and if that helps a few people. [sic] it’s worth it”.

Paul rose to fame as a cast member of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. It’s unclear what her status will be on that Hulu series following her Bachelorette casting.
It’s also unclear if Paul finds love as the anchor of this dating competition. We haven’t come across many The Bachelorette spoilers these days.
Along with the above message, Paul posted a video compilation with examples of his recent lowest points.
The footage, set to Lauren Daigle’s “Rescue,” included a selfie the would-be wife took after crying. Although she smiled with a thumbs up, her black eyeliner was clearly smudged beneath her. Obviously she had been going through that.

“There are signs of mental struggle other than the obvious ones,” Paul, who shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul; and Ever, 23 months, with ex Dakota Mortensen, wrote about the clip, “and something that took a while to realize is that…sometimes someone reaching out is actually your CRY for help.”
Perhaps the most controversial A member of the MomTok community, Paul has made headlines in the past for his participation in several sex parties.
She announced her divorce in a May 2022 livestream, which followed the revelation that She and her ex-husband were swingers.
Meanwhile, in February 2023, Taylor was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors; She was booked at the time for assault, criminal mischief and domestic violence in the presence of a child.
