The separation of Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli comes after 28 years of marriage and a massive shared scandal.
A new report sheds light on the lengths the actress went to avoid a breakup.
Did it work? Apparently not.
But among other things, Loughlin allegedly interrogated her husband’s favorite strippers in an effort to save their relationship.

Lori Loughlin reportedly spoke to her husband’s favorite strippers before the marriage ended.
According to a new report from Page six, Lori Loughlin tried it many things to keep your marriage intact.
For years he hoped things would work out with Mossimo Giannulli.
The problems, the report says, began before the two ended up behind bars for their role in the 2019 Varsity Blues college admissions scandal.
It seems unlikely that their respective imprisonments helped.
One striking detail from the report is how Loughlin allegedly went to great lengths in her desperation to keep her husband happy.

A source, reportedly a family friend of Loughlin and Giannulli, says the actress once visited a strip club as part of her mission to save her marriage.
“For years, Mossimo went to this club called Skin on Robertson. [Boulevard] in Los Angeles,” the source said.
“It was years ago,” the source acknowledged.
“But,” the source described, “Lori ended up going there to talk to the women and find out what he was doing.”
According to the source, he “actually sat down with the strippers” as part of his investigation.

Could visiting a strip club save a marriage?
What exactly were you expecting to hear at the Los Angeles strip club?
It is unclear whether Lori Loughlin suspected Mossimo Giannulli was up to no good or was simply hoping to understand the facility’s appeal in an effort to get to know her husband better.
Sometimes men tell strippers things they don’t share with those closest to them.
It may be about trusting a comforting stranger who has a financial incentive not to overtly judge you.
But also, people make a lot of mistakes when they’re horny. One of those mistakes may simply be sharing too much.

No one knows if Loughlin believed her husband was coming out or wanted advice on what lingerie to wear.
And that, of course, if we believe the report.
Sometimes even the closest friends and family repeat things they believe to be true, especially if the marriage has already fallen apart.
Hopefully, if this happened, Loughlin learned something that would at least give her a sense of peace.
Strippers can be extremely helpful people. And, in this case, clearly discreet enough not to share what must have been a humbling moment for the actress. (Instead, her supposed “friend” did it.)

At least she tried to make it work.
Any marriage, any relationship, and not just romantic and sexual ones, can go through a rough patch.
It is rarely a mistake to seek outside advice or useful new information.
Among other things, this can help you determine whether this is a temporary difficulty (in a relationship that will ultimately be worth maintaining) or part of an inevitable decline in satisfaction.
Clearly, for Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, their nearly three-decade marriage has come to an end.
But she’s not stupid for trying to make it work when there still seemed to be hope.
