Liz says about what her personal motto is for 2026: “This may seem unambitious to some, but a motto that has helped me is ‘this is good’. In the past, I have spent too much money or fallen into marketing traps by thinking I needed to update or optimize everything I could. It left me broke and ungrateful. Instead of always thinking ‘this needs improvement’, I remind myself ‘this is good’. It’s about learning to make do with what we have. For example, like new mom of twins, I don’t have time to comb my hair these days. I look at myself in the mirror with my uneven hair, I say to myself ‘this is fine’ and I walk out the door.”

Says EHK about what your personal motto will be for 2026: “Top tip: Incorporate your personal motto into your computer password, so it passes through your fingers regularly.”

Erin says of five pick-me-ups after a breakup: “Ho, I just had a thought: You have this big, beautiful community of women who are probably a little sad right next to you (on your behalf): what if you imagined each of us holding a little teaspoon of your sadness so you don’t have to hold it all yourself? Maybe then it won’t spill out as often while you’re waiting for it to dry. xoxo, holding my spoonful.” [Ed. note: Sobbbbbbb]
