The transaction, initially announced in 2025, has been completed once all conditions of the agreement were met.

As part of the FL Technics Group, Job Air Technic’s teams and day-to-day operations will add experienced technical expertise and additional capacity to the organization, allowing it to take on a broader range of maintenance work and better support customers across its network.

As the two companies integrate, the focus will be on practical collaboration that enables airlines, lessors and operators to access a broader range of maintenance solutions across the network while maintaining the safety, quality and reliability standards expected of both organisations.

Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics, said: “Job Air Technic brings strong maintenance experience and an established operation that fits well with how we are expanding our network in Europe. It strengthens our presence in Central Europe and provides additional maintenance capacity in a location that is increasingly important to our customers.”

Imrich Czere, CEO of Job Air Technic, said: “The MRO sector is currently undergoing significant consolidation and becoming part of a global group represents great potential and new opportunities for our continued development.”

Job Air Technic will continue operations while gradually integrating into FL Techniques‘ Organizational and operational framework.

The combined teams will focus on sharing expertise, aligning processes and creating operational synergies across the group.

Zilvinas added: “Once the transaction is complete, we are focused on the next phase: integrating our teams and ensuring that clients benefit from the additional scale, expertise and flexibility that this acquisition brings.”

The acquisition forms part of FL Technics’ broader strategy to expand its MRO presence in Europe and respond to long-term demand for high-quality aircraft maintenance services.
