Fashion Week returns to Riyadh from October 16 to 21

The Saudi Fashion Commission (SFC) has announced the third edition of its fashion week, which will be held in Riyadh. From October 16 to 21, local and international designers will meet in the “city of oases” to present their collections. After submitting multiple local tags to Paris and London Early this year, SFC hopes to bring together fashion enthusiasts in Saudi Arabia and strengthen the foundation of its flagship event.

During the six days of the event, more than thirty fashion shows and presentations are scheduled, covering couture and ready-to-wear for both women and men. The haute couture scene will feature Saudi brands Tima Abid and Atelier Hekayat; streetwear will be represented by 1886 and its eclectic American-inspired wardrobe; the sustainability of Abadia and its elegant women’s fashion; and contemporary design through Hindamme’s elongated silhouettes. With this fashion week, Saudi Arabia aims to affirm its status as a leading center of fashion and culture, in the Middle East and beyond.

To achieve this, shows and presentations will be held in places such as the JAX cultural center, the luxurious Mandarin Oriental hotel and the rooftop of the Al-Mamlaka restaurant.

The latest edition of Riyadh Fashion Week is organized in collaboration with Cenomi Centersthe largest shopping center operator in the country, operating 21 shopping centers in ten cities in Saudi Arabia. Saudia Airlines also joins the list of partners, at least for this year.
