Dogra joins IBS Software to advance AI-native travel technology

IBS Software, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for the travel industry, has named Abha Dogra as its new chief product officer, a move that strengthens the company’s focus on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) across its products and client workflows.

In his new role, Dogra will lead the global product organization, shaping product vision, strategy and delivery in collaboration with the commercial, customer success and engineering teams.

Its mandate includes incorporating native AI capabilities, such as intelligent decision support and process automation, throughout the product lifecycle.

Dogra brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and product leadership, having held senior roles at ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai, PTC, Schneider Electric, and most recently CAE, where she was Chief Product and Technology Officer.

He has an MBA from NMIMS in Mumbai and a master’s degree in computer science from Boston University.

Somit Goyal, CEO of IBS Softwaresaid: “I’m excited to welcome Abha to our leadership team. Her focus on customer outcomes aligns with our AI-first product strategy, ensuring we apply AI where it makes a real difference in reliability, speed and personalization.”

The appointment follows a series of leadership investments initiated in late 2024, including the arrival of Amit Jain as senior vice president and global head of engineering.

Jain and Dogra will work closely to align product strategy with engineering execution across IBS Software’s global teams, enabling faster delivery of AI-powered capabilities at scale.

Together, the new appointments are designed to advance IBS Software’s AI-first operating model, bringing product and engineering closer together to deliver innovation safely, responsibly and with measurable customer impact.
