こんにちは！ 愛大です. みなさんは休みの日はどのように過ごされていますか？ Chinese違いがあって面白いです。お笑いを見て全力で笑って疲れを飛ばす人もいれば、親しい友達とお酒を飲んで話を聞いてゃ人もいて…自分に合ったリフレッシュの方法がありますよね！ 信頼できる家族に話を聞いてもらいながら車で色んな場所に立ち寄るのがすごく気分転換になります. ちょっと前に帰省したときに、行く場所は特”” 高知市を一望できたり牧野富太郎の植物園を楽しめたりします。また、行けたらいいな〜。 ここ最近で一番苦労したのは、冬真っ只中なのにエアコンが壊れていたことです。。。 氷点下４℃にも達することのあるこの時期にリビングで暖房が使えないのは地味にダメージが大きいです. この日は昼になってようやく部屋の温度が13℃近くまで上がりました。外やん！笑でも非日常で面白かったです. 夜は母と温泉に行きました。スープカレーで内側から身体をあっためてから温泉に入りました. 熱めの湯に浸かりサウナにも行って、１人の時間を謳歌することができました。冷えていた身体も芯から温もった気がしました。 たまにはこういう時間も大事だなと思ったので、ぜひみなさんのおす♪ 石川愛大 メンズノンノモデル 2024 year: 「石川愛大」が書いた記事一覧へ BLOG BREAK TEACHER.
