In his case, he is clearly acting outside of his conscious control, as otherwise he could have been a force for good and progressive change. But one wonders how much damage it has done to the monarchy, which has certainly in the past survived the irresponsible lifestyle of Princess Margaret and the Nazi leanings of the Duke of Windsor.
His Uranus at 18 degrees Leo is almost exactly conjunct the Leo Sun of the Hanoverian Monarchy (August 1, 1714); and conjunct the Black Moon of the House of Windsor (July 17, 1917) also on the 19th of Leo. He therefore seems a potentially pivotal figure.

It seems far-fetched to imagine that he could be the one to end the UK monarchy, but the Hanover card is certainly heading for stormy seas, if not an apocalyptic hurricane, in the mid-2030s, when some have predicted it could end with Prince William being the last monarch. Which would be a bad outcome for the UK, and even worse if it were precipitated in part by Andrew’s degenerate behaviour. And because of the Royals’ inability to act sooner.

With Princess Eugenie, the synastry is even more stark, with Epstein’s Uranus sitting almost exactly at her Midheaven and his Jupiter at her financial center.th opposition to her 2North Dakota house Pluto. Their presence will have the effect of diverting your life from the expected course.
