This particular model easily made it onto our list. It even appeared on our list. It just does the job. We loved the speed offered here. It was the fastest of all the cards we tested when transferring and loading games.
We also found that it performed admirably in almost every test we gave it. The card was always consistently near the top, thanks to excellent sequential read and write performance. This was supported by benchmark tests with PC tools such as CrystalDiskMark.
The Switch 2 only works with SD Express cards, so this covers that. Fortunately, this card is not just for Nintendo’s latest console. It will work with almost anything, if you ever find that it is no longer useful as a storage container for Mario and his friends.
