I use the belt hanger here to store my belts. While many are genuine leather, I also have faux or vegan leather belts. I have collected them for the last few decades. I have purchased high quality belts. hermy, here, here, hereand here. While most of my belts are women’s sizes small and medium, I also buy men’s belts. In that case I buy size 32.

A narrow belt is best if the space between your hip bones and the bra band is short (short waist). When the belt is the same shade or color as your blouse, it lengthens your top half. The opposite is also true. If your belt matches the color or tone of your pants, the waist appears higher.

Two-inch wide belts are most versatile with denim and other casual fabrics. Narrower belts look better with dress pants. Wide belts worn to the hips look best with tunics or casual dresses.

Ideally, a belt hook goes in the second hole and you can insert two fingers between the belt and the pants. If you use a belt to hold up your pants, you are wearing the wrong size pants.

I’ve been a fan of scarves, hats, and belts for most of my adult life, so I’ve collected more than a few. I keep my scarves neatly folded on the pants hangers. here.
