Xiaomi has presented the Redmi G34WQ 2026a new budget gaming monitor released on October 10, 2025. Despite its affordable price, the device offers advanced features typically found in high-end models, including an ultra-wide curved display, high resolution, and a fast refresh rate. The monitor is designed to appeal to gamers looking for great performance and versatility without a high price.
The G34WQ 2026 has a 34-inch ultra-wide curved LCD panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio and Quad HD+ resolution (3440 x 1440 pixels). While Xiaomi did not confirm the exact type of panel, the 3500:1 contrast ratio strongly suggests the use of a VA Panel (Vertical Alignment)which offers deeper blacks compared to IPS panels. The screen provides a 180Hz refresh rate, 1 ms gray-to-gray response timeand support for AMD FreeSync Premiumensuring smooth and interruption-free gaming performance.
Color accuracy is another highlight, with 95% DCI-P3 range coverage, 10-bit color depthand a Delta E value less than 2indicating accurate color reproduction suitable for both gaming and creative tasks. The monitor also supports HDR playback with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and deliver a 400 nits typical brightnessoffering vivid and detailed images.
