She mentioned that during the livestream she talked a lot about her love story and marriage with Matt; However, only part of the video was highlighted, leaving the rest out. Haley stated:
“I care deeply about respecting your privacy and the integrity of what we share together. During our livestream, we talked about so much more than what stands out: the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, the depth of our connection.”
Haley expressed sadness that she was being portrayed in a negative light, as just one of her comments about her ex-husband was going viral on social media. He called it “unfortunate” because it gave the wrong impression of “how significant things were” between Matt and Haley when they were dating and married. I wanted people to listen to the entire hour and a half livestream before judging the situation. Claiming that her revelation about her relationship problems was “more than just a funny line,” Haley mentioned:
“It’s unfortunate that only one snippet is amplified, because it doesn’t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me. I hope our hour-and-a-half conversation reflects more than just a funny snippet.”
