First came love, then marriage, but a pregnant Gwen Stefani? Is that really a possibility?
Ever since Gwen and Blake Shelton got together, fans have been eager for them to start their own family.
Rumors have been circulating for years, with “sources” suggesting everything from medical miracles to secret pregnancies and more.
On the other hand, there have also been reports that the pair is heading for a split, but we decided to ignore that noise.
So is Gwen Stefani, who turns 55 in October, pregnant? Let’s discuss what we know.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton love being parents
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating in late 2015, shortly after they both divorced their respective spouses.
While they seemingly had nothing in common, it was clear from the beginning that they were perfectly aligned when it came to the importance of family.
Gwen gave birth to three sons with her ex, Gavin Rossdale: Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.
Meanwhile, Blake had no children of his own with his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert. In fact, some experts suggested that childlessness was the reason for their separation.
From the moment Blake joined the family, it was clear that he was eager to be a role model for Gwen’s children and became a “stepdad” before it was even official.
In fact, he has become a mentor to kids, even starting to help them launch their own music careers! How about that!

Is Gwen Stefani pregnant with Blake Shelton’s child?
Cards on the table: no, Gwen is not pregnant. At least, it’s not what she has announced.
But it’s not completely out of the question for these two to still have a child together, especially since they’ve been trying for over 7 years!
Gwen and Blake didn’t get married until 2021, but for years before that, the couple was reported to be “hyperfocused on getting pregnant.”
People close to the couple told media outlets such as Us weekly Because their bond was so strong, Blake and Gwen put having a child over getting married for many years.

“They think there’s still a chance for Gwen,” a Shelton source said. “They have incredible hope.”
Despite having had three successful pregnancies, Gwen was around 40 years old when she began dating Blake.
While celebrities like Janet Jackson welcomed children over 50, insiders explained that Gwen needed help if she wanted to conceive.
“Gwen would love to get pregnant, things with Blake are so perfect that having a baby with him would be the icing on the cake,” a Gwen source said. HollywoodLife.com.
“She’s a big believer in alternative medicine, so she wants to do it as naturally as possible. She’s been getting acupuncture and working with a Chinese herbalist to increase her fertility.”

However, as we know, as of 2024, any attempts to have a baby have yet to prove fruitful.
Still, there is always adoption and surrogacy. And with both off The Voice Now, there would be no real time to focus on a family.
Gwen Stefani loves being a mother
“I waited my whole life to be a mom. That’s all I wanted, my whole life”
The rock star mom appeared in a 2024 episode of The Skinny Confidential Him and his show‘s podcast, and talked about how difficult it was to juggle her children while working, even though she loved being a mother.
From working on his solo album to touring with No Doubt, Kingston was always by his side.
“It felt so real and right. I got ripped off so much on that tour because I was so sick. I ended up carrying the baby when I was 9 months old and doing a world tour, like 120 shows… We were in a hotel one day and I thought I had to stop breastfeeding because I was like, ‘How am I going to breastfeed and be on stage?'”

Having said all that, Gwen had once thought that she was too old to have another child. Then his eldest, Kingston, started asking him to have another brother.
“I thought, ‘I’m too old. I’m not having any more babies. I’m sorry, love,'” she said. “He just wanted a baby, so he started praying every night for this baby. Four weeks later, he was praying every night saying, ‘Please let my mom have a baby,’ and I’m pregnant with Apollo.”
Gwen calls that pregnancy a miracle. He also admits that he has been lucky to have 3 miracles happen in his life.
“[Hosting The Voice] It was the second miracle. The first miracle was getting pregnant. The second was The Voice. And then the third was, obviously, meeting Blake.”
Perhaps a fourth miracle is necessary? Fourth baby, fourth miracle: stranger things have happened!
